A world-class, hands-on pathway into building maintenance and superintendent careers — taught by working contractors, on real buildings, in English and French.
Most people enter building management with no formal training. We're changing that — with a stackable, competency-based program that takes you from the basics to a job, and gives you a head start toward credentials the whole industry respects.
You can start at the Foundations level and stack your way up to Certified Residential Superintendent, adding specialist skills along the way. Employers can also buy a single cohort to upskill their existing staff.

Capstone
A real building, mentor sign-off, employer evaluation and a work portfolio — with job-placement support through Boellium's network of property-manager and facility partners.
Why it's world-class
Our program is designed to map toward the credentials the building-operations industry recognizes — so you leave with a Boellium certificate and a head start toward the rest.
Systems Maintenance Technician and Administrator designations — the building-systems standard.
Facility Management Professional — the entry credential from the world's largest facility-management body.
A widely recognized operator credential for hands-on building maintenance.
Boellium is building toward registration and partnerships to deliver these pathways. Credential alignment is our roadmap, not a current accreditation.
